Hi, Barbie. I’ve been reading your posts and enjoy them. We are considering moving to Mexico within the next year/year and a half. We are planning a trip to La Manzanilla del Mar next May (Lord willing and the creeks don’t rise).

My question is how long after we move to Mexico can we apply for an FM-3 visa to replace our Turista card?

My parents will be traveling by air to Mexico City come June, so what is a DIF Office, and is this available at the airport?
