You have to remember that Mexico doesn’t have the security and law enforcement of America. If you’re moving down there for retirement many will assume that you will be easy to take advantage of.

I’ve been working with Coldwell Banker in my area for 9 years selling residential properties.

I like the idea of moving to Mexico but want to work maybe a few days a week.

Can I do this? What’s involved?

Hi Bob – sure – that’s the profession most N.A.’s take upon their move to Mexico. Just find a good, reliable Broker and see what they offer. The real estate profession is just starting to be regulated in Mexico.

Here is another good rule…
Do not stay at a “Motel”
they are used for hourly business! LOL, I found out the hard way!!! Hotels are good though.
